Anyone else use their jeans to gauge their weight rather than a scale? They are on and they button up and I’m not having breathing issues so another week all good.
All my weight goes to my butt, hips, and thighs so jeans are a good way to see where I’m at. I hate the scale for so many reasons. I normally don’t get on it unless I’m doing a weightloss challenge with my team.
