This is Yoshitsune Shrine in Hokkaido, I went there twice and there was no one manning the shrine as it was quite remote.

Here’s how you pay for Goshuin and amulet.

Also, because I only had a ¥1000 so I had to help myself with the ¥500 change when I “purchased” the Goshuin stamp. That felt weird .😂
