Fear, stress, worry, abuse, self doubt and coercive control silently imprisons so many everyday and it breaks my heart to see - it isn’t acceptable and you deserve far better. Overly strict parents, controlling partners, ego-trip bosses, jealous peers and judgemental strangers are all unquestioned hypocrites that cannot be pleased because of their own negativity and insecurities which they reflect upon others. We must be free from the weight of judgement and wholeheartedly in love with our body mind and soul to rise above the superficial social norms of society and live our life beautifully for the priceless individuals that we are. Please do not fear what others may think of you, do not concern yourself about breaking bad news or receiving disapproval for your choices, make NO apology for being YOU.
