まるでタイルみたいな色とりどりのチーズケーキを作ってみました。
見た目も華やかで可愛く、好きなところで切り分けて召し上がっていただけます♡

■材料
チーズケーキ
・クリームチーズ…250g
・はちみつ…60g
・レモン汁…大さじ2
・プレーンヨーグルト…100g
・ゼラチン…10g
・生クリーム…200ml
・クッキー…60g
・溶かしバター…30g

ゼリー
・ゼリー液…500ml
・お好みのシロップ…適量

■ Ingredients:
Cheesecake
・ Cream cheese ... 250g
・ Honey ... 60g
・ Lemon juice ... 2 tbsp
・ Plain yogurt ... 100g
・ Gelatin… 10g
・ Fresh cream ... 200ml
・ Cookies ... 60g
・ Drawn butter ... 30g

Jelly
・ Jelly liquid ... 500ml
・ Syrup ... Appropriate amount

■手順
ゼラチンはふやかして、温めて溶かしておく。
1. 砕いたクッキーに溶かしバターを混ぜて、ケーキ型の底に敷いて30分ほど冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
2. フードプロセッサーにクリームチーズ、プレーンヨーグルト、はちみつ、（レモン汁）を入れてなめらかにする。
3. （ゼラチン、生クリームの順に加えて、その都度フードプロセッサーで回す。）型に流して冷蔵庫で3時間冷やし固める。
4. ゼリー液80mlにお好みのシロップで5色それぞれ色付けをする。型に流して冷蔵庫で1時間冷やし固める。型から取り出して、正方形に切る。
5. チーズケーキに4. を並べる。残りのゼリー液100mlをそっと上から流して冷蔵庫で2時間冷やして完成です。

■ Steps:
Moisten the gelatin and warm it to dissolve.
1. Mix crushed cookies with butter, spread on the bottom of the cake mold and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Put cream cheese, honey, lemon juice and plain yogurt in a food processor to make it smooth.
3. Add gelatin and fresh cream in that order and rotate with a food processor each time. Pour into a mold and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours to harden.
4. Color 80 ml of jelly liquid with your 5 favorite syrup. Pour into a mold and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden. Remove from the mold and cut into squares.
5. Place 4. on the cheesecake. Gently pour 100 ml of the remaining jelly liquid over it and cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours to complete.
