I have been working with skaters on zoom since April and I love to see them engaged and passionate about the beautiful sport of figure skating. This 3-day online seminar is open to anyone. Skaters, coaches, parents and skating fans and I am bringing some amazing facilitators directly into your home! (Through the power of the internet of course). Join us as I host 17 classes over the course of 3 days. We will work out with the champ herself @aljonasavchenko , and chat with @ericradford85 @jasonbskates and @kaetkiss . @ka2sh will teach us the fine details about packaging yourself to be your best and Olympic judges and coaches from Canada will join us for discussion panels to share their skating philosophies and answer your questions! We will also have classes with performance nutritionist @alexia_performancenutrition and mental training with @rebekahdixonmindset . The beautiful @lubov_ilyushechkina will teach us the fundamentals of ballet and we will learn to express ourselves through movement with @stephythetinyd . On top of all that we will do a conditioning class with my former trainer @osteopatmtl and you can learn all about my favourite workout, essentrics, with @josephinecuthill !! We also have jump classes with 2 of Canada’s best coaches, @rwalia7 and Bruno Marcotte as well as an off-ice edge class with the extraordinary @yebinmok . My goal is to keep the skating communities passion alive during these difficult days and give everyone the opportunity to learn something new.
