Enough so that I illustrated this scene a few months back and finally added the finishing touches last week. A quick history 101 😆 1. Once upon a time the homes here were stables and carriage houses. 2. Now is a mix of private residences and an art school (NY Studio School of Drawing, Painting, & Sculpture. 3. The homes here only go up for sale every 7-8 years and I read that a home in 2009 sold for 5.5mil. 4. The Alley was named after the revolutionary war hero Alexander MacDougall (but was spelled wrong...oops). 5. Jackson Pollock lived at number 9. ....and much more fun facts!
