Although pandas are no longer endangered, they're still classified as vulnerable, so that's why breeding programs are still so important. Unfortunately, many pandas raised in them struggle in the wild, so at the Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda in Wolong, China, baby pandas are trained to climb trees, avoid predators, find food and more. In fact, their caretakers wear panda costumes scented with panda urine and feces — yes, it's kind of creepy but also kind of amazing — so the animals don't become accustomed to humans.
