今季初の大寒波の中、北海道の防衛や災害派遣などを担う陸上自衛隊北部方面隊の総監、前田陸将隷下の札幌駐屯地、北恵庭駐屯地、そして徳重空将補（基地司令）麾下 航空自衛隊第２航空団司令の千歳基地へ防衛大臣政務官として視察に行ってまいりました。

25万人の自衛隊員皆さんが365日24時間、日本を守り、国民皆さんの命と財産を守ってくださっていることに感謝し、引き続き全力で職責に励んで参ります。
