中国料理レストラン「星ヶ岡」で開催中の「金沢食材フェア」。「星ヶ岡」という名は、当ホテルが建つ以前にこの地にあった美食倶楽部「星ヶ岡茶寮」に由来し、その主宰であり美食家・芸術家として著名な北大路魯山人とも深い繋がりがあります。今回金沢を特集する上で、魯山人自身が金沢の料亭や食文化に魅了された一人であったことからも、金沢産の食材の魅力を多くの方へ伝えるため、素材を生かしたコースメニューが作られました。

Our Chinese restaurant Star Hill is holding the Kanazawa Food Fair until 25th December. The restaurant was named after the Star Hill Saryoh, a gourmet club once located where our hotel stands today and opened by famed artist and foodie Rosanjin Kitaoji. Furthermore, he was one of the people who fell in love with Kanazawa food culture. Our food fair is a celebration of Kanazawa fine ingredients, and this limited special menu is perfect for any guest who are connoisseurs of cuisine culture.
