This laconic cake is the quintessence of  Christmas colors for me. White snow, green spruce, the costume of Santa Claus, the gloss of candies🍭 ... I love these shades, they have so much cosiness and warmth. How about you? Do you feel the Christmas spirit?

I normally don’t use this much glaze to coat a cake. But here, I decided to pour a bit more than was needed because the way it drips off is simply hypnotizing. I just love this😍. Glaze is my favorite material to create with❤.

The glaze that runs off can actually be reused. In this case, combining colors resulted in a very beautiful light brown hue. I will surely use it to coat some of my other desserts.
