【Marinated Persimmon Salad】
What's your most favorite fruit?? Persimmon is definitely one of my most favorite fruits!!
It tastes the best in Autumn (the biggest reason why I love Autumn) and I love eating it as a dish as well as it is.

(It's a hidden secret that I thought this raddish was turnip...😂)

【柿と紅芯大根のマリネ】
フルーツの中で一番好きなのが柿😊そのままで食べるのももちろん好きだけど、マリネにしたり、白和えにしたり（昔の投稿にもあるよ！）dishとして頂くのも、とっても好き😊
今回は紅芯大根を塩揉みしたあと、お酢と塩胡椒で柿とマリネしたよ︎︎ ︎︎☺︎︎

紅芯大根って初めてみた！見た目がカブみたいで、切ると名前の通り中心が紅色で、面白いお野菜😊（ずっとカブだと思って料理してた🥺)

季節のお野菜を頂くってとっても有難いことだな〜😊るん
