I took him to a motion capture rig ( a place where they capture the movement of sports people and martial arts experts to make computer games more realistic ). He donned the lycra body suit with receptors at each movable joint of the body and proceeded to give me his best Naomi Campbell walk. This data is captured and then applied to a 3d rig or scan of a person . And low and behold that 3d avatar even if it is just a set of moving spheres becomes instantly the essence of …..Naomi.
