This time last year I couldn’t stay on a race kayak. Been making use of the extra training time during covid to improve. Thanks to Jordan and Alyce from the Australian Olympic team for this session. They have a program called @paddlr_ that I’ve been following, check it out! Jordan mentioning that I’m not short of power at all but just have to get some fine motor movement improvements to really be able to apply it. It’s a great feeling being able to stay in the kayak and finally apply some of that Tongan taro and horse power!
