Getting outgunned by the best in the business, Aussie olympian Jordan Wood! I’ve been following Jordan and Alyce @paddlr_ program in order to improve my kayak technique. I’ll be showing you all some of these improvements. The program and their keen eye helped find and correct some mistakes In my paddling- mainly my use of leg drive and improperly setting up the stroke. I would paddle like a clown on a micro bicycle frantically spinning the wheels but not going very far. I would look across at Jordan doing nice smooth paddle strokes and wandering why I was doing more but moving less - technique! Still a lot of improvements to be had, but can definitely feel the progress!
