While Ellen and I have tackled many renovations over the years - in our other houses and lots of Airstreams - this is the biggest house reno we’ve ever taken on. In order to not disrupt life too much, we are working space by space: first up is creating a larger hallway (check!), and a new entrance to Adelaide’s bedroom. So far, it’s not been terribly intimidating. Whether or not we’ve done anything quite like this doesn’t really matter. We have years of experience in renovation and doing massively overwhelming projects with unique learning curves, we’re a great team, and know our way around a tool box. So...here we go!
