Fui criada no interior e sempre senti uma conexão muito forte com a natureza. Ela é meu templo e é nela onde recarrego minhas energias. Pra mim, ela tem o poder de cura. Por isso, sempre fiz questão de passar o maior tempo possível com meus filhos na natureza. O documentário ‘O Começo da Vida 2: Lá Fora’ e muito lindo pois explica como essa conexão com a natureza pode ajudar curar os maiores desafios da humanidade na atualidade e a construir uma vida de mais bem-estar e felicidade.
