I must say this pear crunchy pecans dessert it’s deeeelicious!!! My friend share the recipe with me and I had to try it! It will be a yummy dessert for thanksgiving.

Ingredients:
4 pears
½ cup of oats
½ cup of chopped pecans
1 tbs cinnamon
¼ cup of maple syrup
2 tbs coconut oil

Preheat oven to 375.
Cut the pears in half and scoop out the seeds.
In a bowl combine all your ingredients together
Then fill very well all pears on oven dish
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until they are soft and brown on the top. Serve just this warm or combine with an ice cream. 🍐

Essa sobremesa crocante de peras e nozes é uma delícia!!! Minha amiga disse que faria isso no Dia de Ação de Graças e eu tive que experimentar também!

Ingredientes:
4 peras
½ xícara de aveia
½ xícara de nozes picadas
1 colher de sopa de canela
¼ xícara de xarope de bordo
2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco

-Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 graus.
-Corte as peras ao meio e retire as sementes.
Em uma tigela misture todos os ingredientes
Em seguida, recheie muito bem todas as peras na assadeira
Asse por 20 a 30 minutos, até que estejam macias e douradas por cima. Sirva assim quente ou combine com um sorvete.
