Last Sunday we hosted our first-ever, virtual cooking session, The Virtual Steak Project, at Yashin Ocean House. It has been so long since I have been able to cook for my international friends in person and I loved chatting with our fans in London. Virtually we had guests join in from all over the world: Lebanon, Melbourne, Dubai, Boston, California, Hong Kong. I loved all the great questions and the interest our fans have in our beef and my cooking. It’s so wonderful to see how food and cooking bring us together. It was a new experience for me to do an event this way but it turned out great. I appreciate the guests who joined us in supporting Beirut and our farmers in Japan.
