HAMADAHISATOさんのインスタグラム動画 - (HAMADAHISATOInstagram)「Riding out a year of unexpected challenges, Wagyumafia reignites its World Tour in London with The Virtual Steak Cooking Session, a one-night cooking event taking place led by Chef Hisato Hamada at Yashin Ocean House on Sunday 18 October. In solidarity with Beirut, all profits from this interactive session will be donated to the disaster relief efforts. Chef Hisato will teach the essentials of Japanese cooking, demonstrating how to grill his famous Ozaki beef like a boss, make dashi and Miso Soup, and steam rice, the Japanese way. The session will be totally international and accessible via Zoom to join virtually and contribute to the charity fund. The difficulties of 2020 are not lost on Wagyumafia, and in light of recent events, the team stands with those who have been affected in the Beirut explosion. All profits from The Virtual Steak Cooking Session will go directly to Impact Lebanon, a UK-based non-profit raising and distributing funds for those impacted in Beirut. “Earlier this year I launched the Wagyumafia RIDE IT OUT PROJECT, which pushed us to work in different ways to meet the unique challenges of this year,” Chef Hisato says. “The Virtual Steak Cooking Session is another part of that project as we are riding this time out with passion and compassion.
