William McRaven is a retired Navy admiral, who oversaw our Seal Team during the Bin Laden raid, and served as commander of U.S. Special Operations Command from 2011-2014. He penned this article, titled “Biden Will Make America Lead Again,” for the Oct. 20th, 2020 issue of the @Wall Street Journal. I respect Mr. McRaven’s service and sensibility greatly. While we don’t agree on every point, we both know that we don’t have to in order to be neighbors and compatriots. What we do agree on is leadership; what it takes to lead with decency and respect.
