When you see someone in Pass Christian, the quintessential small town where I grew up, you stop and wave. New to town? A neighbor will bring a Bundt cake. That’s just what you do. We were a military family, and I grew up moving all the time. But when it came time for my father to retire from the U.S. Air Force, the Roberts family got to decide where we would put down our roots. I am proud to say we chose Mississippi. It is home.
