アシュトン・アーウィンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (アシュトン・アーウィンInstagram)「I grew up as a swimmer, training most days sometimes twice a day, with athletic ability that allowed me to attain some local records for various distances and strokes. When you’re a swimmer it’s just you and that endless black line at the bottom of the pool. My swimming days wired me in such a way that I think I still approach music and my art in a way that requires endurance, personal transformation and focus. I wanted my album cover for SUPERBLOOM to capture the feeling of bursting out of my adolescence and early adulthood, and breathing the air that everyone else breathes for the first time, entering the world and allowing people in to my musical multiverse + sharing my inner personal thoughts. The album cover was shot in calum hoods pool with my collaborator Ryan Flemming. To get the underwater shots (on a budget) we used a fish tank and put the camera inside. We made the pool green, cause grunge is green and always will be.
