Ramen fix @menyakokorosg 🍜
Had the Mazesoba Beef which came with thick al dente soba noodles, beef, onsen egg, lots of Negi and bean sprouts. Looks bland but turned out pretty flavorful and moist with the gooey egg yolk. On the other hand, the aburi charshu Tonkotsu ramen -black broth base was slightly overpowered by the black pepper. Best stick to the mazesoba since it’s their specialty after all
