Made from top grade raw garlic which are naturally fermented in a controlled environment without any preservatives, additives and burning, the black garlic has a sweet mellow flavor reminiscent of balsamic vinegar. Think prunes.

While it is highly recommended for braised dishes like Braised Pork Trotter, this highly nutritious ingredient actually worked pretty well in desserts like roll cakes and cookies too.
