So I decided to bring my popo who has never baked before! Before the class, I had plenty of worries because my grandma has Alzheimer's and dementia. What if she is bored? What if she throws tantrums and wants to go home? What if she don't understand since the class is probably going to be in English? But none of these happened. The class turned out amazingly smooth. Popo and I actually finished our cakes the earliest in class too haha. The instructor was patient and would switch to Chinese and hokkien, just for popo. She took care to highlight key basic techniques and baking tips so anyone could follow easily. Though this is a teacher demo followed by students hands-on session, the instructor would go around to assist anyone who needs help. Would I recommend this? Yes! And hope u get the same instructor as me 😂 she is such a fun loving teacher. @bakersbrewstudio has classes of different level of difficulty, catering to even kids as well. Great for team bonding, families, couples and friends to join and have some fun.
