SUNSET MARTINI....a fresh spin on a classic martini bringing cinematic grandeur to small screen virtual cocktail hours. In the living room of my historic golden era Hollywood home, once owned by William Powell and Carole Lombard and later the Broccoli family (Cubby Broccoli created and produced the James Bond films), @mrlyan and I stired up spectacular sunset-inspired cocktails with pine-apple-infused Campari, Martini Bianco and gin before a scenic plateglass window overlooking tow-ering cypress, iconic California palm trees and the pool house built in 1926 that was once used as a private screening theater. The bar top design is a mix of geometries and style eras with contempo-rary and vintage pieces in textural materiality. Castlvetrano olives and fresh lemon zest add natu-rally dramatic flourish to the setting. Bottoms up. XK
