Today on #WorldAlzheimersDay, Linbania Jacobson shares how her husband's dementia diagnosis led them to a program at The Met, which affirmed his humanity and gave meaning and joy to her role as a caregiver—as well as inspired her to become a volunteer at the Museum. #MetStories
#WorldAlzheimersDay is a global effort to raise awareness and challenge the stigma that surrounds dementia and Alzheimer's disease, the most common form and cause of dementia.
