Spontaneous solo Beach Day at a Temple Spot in the South Bay. I spent time here alone meditating, singing, dancing, and speaking to Spirit.
Creating new ways and channels for me to connect to life has been one of the biggest gifts during this time of Covid-19.
I am coming to understand more and more that no matter what happens to me in this life, no one can take my connection to everything. We are all connected to each other and to everything in this entire universe and beyond. There is a consciousness that exists beyond our existence and it is so real and powerful beyond anything I have ever experienced. I am so grateful to have been brought back to this place and I am so grateful to be here now. I savor every moment. I compassionately hold myself in every experience. And I want to love and keep loving everything that I come into contact with.
