Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who said “The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president." when Justice Scalia died during President Obama's last term in office. Scalia died on February 13, 2016. That was 269 days out from Election Day. We are 46 days out now. McConnell must honor the late (great) RBG's request, and his own words.
