This angel serenaded the #noname restaurant connected to @bosforomezcaleria last night, with “Cucurrucucú Paloma” by that other angel #CaetanoVeloso ( performed in #TalkToHer by #PedroAlmodovar and heard in #HappyTogether by #WongKarWai ) We offered him dinner but he was content with a #cerveza The restaurant #SinNombre serves typical #Oaxacan cuisine and we ate vegetarian specialities such as:
- #Itacate : corn dough stuffed with mashed fava beans, cheese, tomato, onion and Chile, wrapped in #Acuyo leaf (slide 3 & 5)
- #TacosHongos : Mushroom Taco w White Bean Hummus
- #ChilliRellenos
