本当に中華と呼ぶべきなのか、迷ってしまうほど、透き通る味わいの中華料理をいただける #齋華 。
今回の驚きは、鮮魚と #トリュフ と #ザーサイ のマリアージュ。想像もつかないこの組み合わせがビシッと決まっていたのは衝撃的でした。そして最後の麺は毎回悶絶ものです。
この為だけに京都にいく価値あり。
