5年ぶりの星野さんへ。圧巻。本当に綺麗な料理です。#芋茎 は相変わらず、茄子はとろける、天ぷらは口の中で香りが爆発、米の硬さは最高。そして、葛切り、本物の #葛切り を久々に食べました。
