作り方も簡単と大人気のデコレーションスイーツ「マシュマロフォンダント」をアレンジ♪

■材料
フォンダント
作りやすい量
・マシュマロ…90g
・水…小さじ1.5
・粉糖…200g
.
・マシュマロ…18個
・スポンジケーキ…1台
・フードカラー…適量

■ Ingredients
Fondant
・Marshmallow...90g
・Water...1.5 tsp
・Powdered sugar...200g
.
・Marshmallows...18
・Sponge cake... 1
・Food coloring: appropriate amount
.
■手順
1. ボウルにマシュマロ、お水を入れて軽く混ぜ合わせて600Wのレンジで1分加熱する。
2. その間マシュマロは水をつけてくっつけて組み立てる。
3. 1. をヘラで全体的に混ぜ合わせて、粉糖を数回に分けて加えて混ぜ合わせる。
4. 手で表面が滑らかになるまでこねる。3つに分けて色付けをする。麺棒で2ミリ厚さに伸ばす。
5. 2. にフォンダントをかぶせ、余分な部分はカットし、くぼみをだす。
6. 赤いフォンダントは丸く伸ばしてマシュマロを包む。
7. 青いフォンダントはスポンジケーキにかぶせ、余分な部分はカットする。
8. ケーキに雲と風船を飾って完成です。

■ Steps
1. Put marshmallow and water in a bowl, mix gently and heat for 1 minute in a 600 watt microwave.
2. Sprinkle marshmallows with water, assemble them.
3. Mix 1. with a spatula and add powdered sugar in several batches and mix.
4. Knead by hand until the surface is smooth. Divide into 3 parts and color them. Roll with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 mm.
5. Cover the 2. with fondant and cut off the excess.
6. Stretch out the red fondant round and wrap the marshmallow in it.
7. Cover the sponge cake with blue fondant and cut off the excess.
8. Decorate on top of the blue fondant cake.
