I know for me, my subconscious mind is quite critical and always after being perfect. While I write, I catch myself saying/writing things like, well that’s stupid, that doesn’t make sense or who do you think you are, you’re not a writer.... But all of those thoughts are so important to expose to the surface so you can realize the limiting beliefs we have on the daily that we actually trust are real thoughts.... When really this is just the censor (negative voice not the voice of reason) or the Ego speaking. Once you dump it all on the page though, that chatter starts to dissipate. You become more clear headed and lighter in your body, creating more space for your true and authentic self to pour out - in my case like an animation of sunshine, rainbows and butterflies haha! Let’s have a quick check in...
- How is everyone doing?

I know for me, my subconscious mind is quite critical and always after being perfect. While I write, I catch myself saying/writing things like, well that’s stupid, that doesn’t make sense or who do you think you are, you’re not a writer....
