『白鳥のステップ』
白鳥が優雅に空を飛ぶ姿は容易に想像がつくだろう。しかし、数十メートルの距離を助走しなければならないことはあまり知られていない。水の上も氷の上も、沈むことなく滑ることなく走ることができる。『白鳥の湖』を踊るバレエダンサーのようなステップには無駄な動きが一切ない。

"The Steps of a Crane"
Anyone can imagine a swan flying gracefully through the sky. However, not many know that they have to run dozens of meters to do so. They can run on water and ice without sinking or slipping. There is no wasted movement in their steps, like a ballet dancer in "Swan Lake".
