17、18年前に初めて食べたサンマ節を使った麺屋武蔵は本当にカルチャーショックを受ける一杯だった
出汁というものをハッキリと意識したのはここのラーメンを食べてからだ

ところが二番煎じが増えオンリーワンのラーメンを目指す武蔵はサンマ節を封印

何度も味の改良を重ねいまの形となったがコロナをキッカケに休業

8月の復活と同時になんと創業当時使用していたサンマ節も復活

麺屋武蔵 新宿総本店から店名を「創始 麺屋武蔵」へ変更

麺屋武蔵の新時代の幕開けである

The name of the restaurant was changed from "Menya Musashi Shinjuku So-honten" to "Soushi Menya Musashi".

This is the beginning of a new era for Musashi Menya.
