Today was my first time making a pecan pie ever - I traded corn syrup for maple syrup, added a dash of bourbon, vanilla and some molasses, used chia seeds and arrowroot to thicken... Its looking pretty good! Will get back to you about the taste because I have no idea if it’s good😝 Also made a gallon of pecan milk, chocolate pecan milk, pecan granola and baked blueberry-pecan oatmeal😂 ⁣ ⁣ Who else can’t stand throwing away food??? When was the last time you got creative with a weird ingredient? I still have some pecans left, believe it or not...
