Whilst I am thankful that you trust @daniellepeazermethod and my qualifications within the fitness industry, my actual job as a trainer and ‘motivator of exercise’ (lol) is to show you how incredible your body already is and that it’s totally ok if you want to make changes, as long as it comes from the right place. Changing for yourself and the benefit of your health or confidence is great. But wanting to look a certain way because of how others perceive you will only lead you down a road of hatred for your body when it has served you so well for all the years you’ve already been on this earth. This is something I say to all my clients when I first start training them. F*ck everyone else and their opinions of you, the only opinion that should matter to you is your own.
