Many of you asked how I keep healthy. Here are most of my “secrets”. 😉
Part 1:
My daily favorites:
* @getoffyouracid Greens - I take them every morning on an empty stomach.
ENERGIZING, DETOXIFYING, & ALKALIZING. They fight inflammation, encourage weight loss, gain energy, and optimize your health on a daily basis.
*Pure B12 ( important for vegans to take)
Supports red blood cell function, adds energy, boots metabolism and supports neurological health.
* @getoffyouracid Omega 3 - love this as they have the perfect 1:3 ratio ( the only non vegan supplement which I take
as it is important for heart and brain health)
Fights inflammation, Regulate cholesterol and Improves focus and memory.
*Sunflower Lechitin ( I take this mainly as I’m nursing) 🤱
Lowers cholesterol, Improves heart health and Aids breastfeeding mothers.
* @getAlkamind Minerals - I take these every day 20 min before sleeping
Helps with sleep and stress, Boosts energy levels, Reduces aches and pains from inflammation.
IMMUNE BOOSTERS :
*Vitamin C
I start the day, after my greens, with squeezed lemon shots for natural vitamin C ( often with olive oil which aids burning of belly fat) 😉 or I take Lipo Naturals Liposomal Vitamin C from Sunflowers (super powerful & liquid version has better absorption)
* Ginger, Turmeric, ground pepper and lemon tea - we drink it through the day
Ginger
Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, Antinausea and digestion aid.
Turmeric
Boosts the immune system, Lowers cholesterol and Anti-inflammatory
Ground pepper
We add to activate the power of Tumeric. It is also high in antioxidants and it has anti-inflammatory properties.
Lemon
It is important to add it to tea after it cools down a bit so the lemon keeps all its beneficial properties. Promotes hydration, Good source of vitamin C and It improves your skin quality.
* @getoffyouracid Blackseed oil
Is 3x more anti-inflammatory then Turmeric, and 1000x more active then Vitamin E.
*Pure Vegan D3
Supports bone, prostate and colon functionality, Promotes cardiovascular and immune health
