The human capacity for burden is like bamboo, stiff and straight upon first glance but surprisingly bendy allowing the plant to survive when others would have merely snapped and died. The more stubborn we are, the harder we resist and longer we fight against something the more sure we are to break and lose everything. Whilst we may not necessarily like being put out, for survival it is vital that we learn to adapt and overcome situations and circumstances throughout life because they will happen to us regardless. Keep your mind, body and soul flexible - don’t allow pride and ego to dictate how you recover from bad situations.
