Journalist and associate director at 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT Noriko Kawakami reports back on a walk around GINZA SIX to see “Art that awakens the senses.” She took in Tokujin Yoshioka’s “Prismatic Cloud” in the main atrium, Patrick Blanc’s vertical garden “Living Canyon,” and also visited Van Cleef & Arpels (B1F-2F) and MIXOLOGY SALON (13F). Kawakami says, “I was immediately drawn by Tokujin Yoshioka’s eye for natural light. The art that I encountered was creatively inspired, but also a reminder to foster a connection with nature.
