Photo by @laurelchor My dog Digby soaks in the views on Lantau, Hong Kong’s largest island. I try to escape to the outdoors as much as I can. This city may be known for its skyscrapers, but 40% of its territory is protected wilderness. Even up in the mountains though, I’m often reminded of the last year of unrest when I come across pro-democracy protest slogans graffitied on sign posts.
