I'm a very morning person and my most favorite meal in a day is breakfast!
Since I bought nice bread made of whole wheat and/or rye, I've been happy to make open sandwiches for the start of beautiful days❤︎

When I feel not so hungry, I just have fruits or coffee.

最近パン屋さんでおいしそうなライ麦パンや全粒粉のパンを買ったのでオープンサンドいろいろ作ってみた😊といっても、簡単に作れるアボカドサンドやピーナッツバターサンドばっかりだけど😝
朝からしっかりエネルギーチャージした日はたくさん歩くのが気持ちいい☀︎
