1987– Jeff Share
Nine months, 3700 miles: around 500 participants of the Peace March walked across the USA in 1986. Their goal and their hope: to set an example against worldwide nuclear armament. The photo journalist Jeff Share was always present. His pictures, for which he received the Leica Oskar Barnack Award in 1987, still bear witness to his personal commitment to the topic, which has not lost any of its relevance today.
