梅雨の晴れ間だった週末、近くの公園でピクニックしました。
キリっと冷えたスパークリングワインには、ニュージーランド産のジャズりんごを使ったオードブルを用意。
1 品目は生ハムとピンクペッパーをあわせて、2 品目は茗荷と一緒にビネガーで和えてみました。シャキシャキとした触感も楽しいし、さっぱりとした甘さのリンゴなので、他の食材との相性もぴったり！柔らかな日差しの中で美味しいものを頂く至福のひと時でした💛

As this weekend was a break in the rainy season, I had a picnic in the park close by. For a nicely chilled bottle of sparkling wine, I prepared appetizers using Jazz Apples from New Zealand.
One of the dishes was with prosciutto and pink peppers and another with myoga (Japanese gingers) and vinegar. Because of refreshing sweetness and pleasant texture, compatibility with other ingredients was perfect!
