If you answered YES to any of these, you may actually be dehydrated! So, how much water should you be drinking? There's a quick formula you can use to guide this but its really just a range:
Firstly, convert your bodyweight to pounds, ie:
70 kilos = 154 pounds
Then, divide 154 by 2
That number = 77 and THAT is how many fluid ounces of water you should be drinking in a day. I want you to calculate RIGHT NOW how much water you should be drinking.
If you’re looking for a way to make yourself drink more water while you’re at home, try filling up a large jug with water and adding lime or lemon for some flavour. Keep it in the fridge and try to drink the whole jug over the day!
