YOUR THOUGHTS MATTER 👉🏼 💭 You get to decide WHO you are, WHAT you want to be and do and say and think. The power of positive thoughts make a huge impact on not only the way YOU view yourself but how YOU live your life. We’ve all been guilty at bringing ourself down from time to time. (Especially during the current times that we are going through during quarantine) Positive thinking doesn’t mean that you need to “fake it till you make it” and put on a happy face no matter what but rather that you approach life’s challenges in a more productive way. Positive thinking often starts with a POSITIVE INNER - MONOLOGUE. If the thoughts that run through your mind are full of negativity and anxiety — your entire outlook on yourself and your life will be effected. On the other hand, if your thoughts about your life and yourself are positive — your world will be a better place.

My 5 tips for creating this:
1.) Surround yourself with positivity.
#2.) Practice having positive inner monologue and write down 1 think you like about yourself a day.
#3.) Have gratitude.
#4.) Fuel your mind and body.
#5.) Call out your negative thoughts and replace them with better ones.
