ニューヨークがロックダウンした直後に出版された和食本。お蔵入りの本になっているだろう、申し訳ないなあと連絡てみたら、大丈夫よ！買ってくださる方がいて、もうすぐ再版もするよ！とのこと。ほ。みんなが本当に苦労して、工夫して作った一冊だから、手にしていただけるのは、心から嬉しい。新鮮な日本酒はなかなか手に入らないので、一皿一皿に世界のワインをペアリングしてみました。和食が身近になるといいなあ！My Japanese cook book by Rizzoli was published right before New York City ’s lockdown. That means no book stores open, no book tours, no interviews. I was feeling bad to my editors, photographer,and the art director who worked so hard for this. But it seems that some people are giving a try. I thank you so much. It means so much to me. I don’t think I can try again as it was so hard to do me to produce it. It will be my one and only book.
