You can get rid of the smell of prawn and dirt. 2.Put ① and rest of ingredients in the bowl together and mix to marinate overall. (Baking soda makes the texture of prawn more juicy.  ●Prawn with chili sauce 1.Put the cooking oil in the pan and fry chopped garlic, ginger and Chinese chili bean sauce on low heat to savor. 2.Put the rest of ingredients and boil them, then simmer 5 minutes on low heat. Making sauce is done.  ●How to make  1.Put the prawn on the heat safe plate (or microwave-safe containers) and heat up at 500 watts for 2~3 minutes. 2.Put the amount of prawn with chili sauce and chicken broth and boil them. 3.Put the heated prawn in the pan and mix with the sauce well. 4.Set on low heat, put and mix potato starch with water overall, then thicken it with medium heat. 5.Add Beaten egg like drawing circle finally and put out the fire mixing slowly. 「Shrimp with Chili Sauce」(20min)

●Ingredients

◯Shrimp with chili sauce

chopped ginger...10g / chopped garlic...2g cooking oil...10g
