Recipe: 1-2 pints of sweet blueberries (depending of size and how much fruit you like:) 3 eggs Teaspoon of cinnamon 1 1/2 c. Almond flour 2 Tbsp honey (more if blueberries aren’t that sweet!) 1/4 c. Milk/cream Preheat oven to 375 degrees, mix almond flour with, milk, honey and egg til clumps are gone. Mix blueberries and make sure every berry is covered and pour into greased pan. I used a tart/quiche pan but you can use a pie pan or any size oven friendly but make sure that you adjust baking time! I use foil around tart pan to make sure it doesn’t make a mess and bake for 25-30 mins until brown on top. Sprinkle some powdered sugar and there you have it!」4月30日 11時05分
